The Ames Quilt Guild was founded by and for quilt lovers and quilters of all skill levels. 
Our purpose is to
  • have fun, food, friendship, and fabric
  • encourage a wider appreciation of quilting and needlework
  • promote individual ideas and expression
  • provide education
  • increase interest by promoting local quilt projects, programs and charitable work
